Adorable Appliqued Owl Towels

I have been away from Appliquing for a while. How time consuming are just these three towels.
They are made with fine quality fabrics. Handmade in America.. So colorful and cute.



Last week we went to Swiss Days.. Oh it was packed and so fun. Everyone worked so hard on making things.
Made up so fun beautiful hobo bags too!

New fun things I have made..

Whimsical Paper Mache Carnival Monkey

This was fun to make but took a while. It is a long process. He has been made of fabric strips in paste and also in paper. Thus, paper mache.

He stands 24 inches tall. Would this not be fun in the right room. Very nice and stands by himself. Handmade. I did make a big dinasour but gave it to my nephew to paint up. More to come. This is a longer process than clay sculpting. Items can be varnished for outdoors. But, not year round, the weather would be hard on any outdoor papermache piece.

More Chenille Blankets

This blanket is still available. Very soft and sweet. Can be found at my etsy store. There are appliqued flowers of different roses on this blanket with a mix of fun vintage chenille and flannel material.
